and Highland Community College Wellness Center

The 2010 Tobacco - Free Sports Basketball Clinic

*FREE of charge for all Boys and Girls

Grades 5-6 in Northeast Kansas

Saturday, March 20, 2010

8:30am - 1:30pm (lunch provided)

Highland Community College Wellness Center

205 North Prairie, Highland, KS

*This clinic is being funding through a Tobacco Prevention Grant through NEK Multi-County Health Department             
Featuring Highland Community College Scotties Men's and Women's Basketball Players, as well, as NEK High School Basketball standouts

*Assistance provided by local Middle and High School Tobacco Prevention Groups 

Registrations must be received by March 10, 2010. Registrations will not be accepted after that date. Also, due to the required parental signature, no registrations will be accepted via phone or email. Limit 120 participants.

Due to the educational content of the program, children must be present for the entire clinic.
